What info do I need to return/exchange my item?

If you are returning your item by post, please ensure you have your receipt enclosed as proof of purchase. Please ensure that you fill in the RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM and indicate clearly your full name, address, member number (if applicable) and the reason for returning the item. We will be able to give you a complete refund once this has been received along with the item.

If you wish to exchange  your item by post, ensure you have your receipt enclosed as proof of purchase. Please ensure that you fill in the RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM and indicate clearly your full name, address, member number (if applicable) and the reason for the exchange. Also indicate what size or product you need. Once this has been received along with the item, we will be able to fulfil your order. Where you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect size, you must also include a stamped, self-addressed envelope so we can post you the new item.

Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. If for some reason this cannot be done, then an exchange/ return may not be able to go ahead.
